Position USSC Group as the employer of choice, effectively communicate change, re-enforce and motivate current employees to become ambassadors, and help attract candidates who want what the culture offers. Create a voice that appeals to job seekers by articulating USSC's unique mission and culture.

To support employee retention and acquisition, internal communications were audited and updated to incorporate the key messaging and the brand voice to help bring the culture and mission to life.
project results
The new employer band messaging was integrated into all internal and onboarding communications to communicate change and support employee retention and acquisition effectively. Thus, creating a more inclusive culture and motivating employee buy-in. Employee retention rate increased 85%.
