Position USSC Group as the employer of choice, effectively communicate change, re-enforce and motivate current employees to become ambassadors, and help attract candidates who want what the culture offers. Create a voice that appeals to job seekers by articulating USSC's unique mission and culture.

I partnered with USSC to create an employer brand that was clear, authentic, and harmonized with their portfolio of products. Creating key messaging to articulate the employer brand that could tell a meaningful story about what life is like at USSC— then integrating this messaging into all published content on the company’s owned and earned media channels to reach the target audience.

The new branded content procured a 300% increase in unique visitors to the company’s owned channels and more than quadrupled new hires for the quarter.
